Summary

Business Manager – Hinckley

We are recruiting for an experienced Business Manager, Automotive Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Sales Controller to join a busy used car supermarket in Hinckley. Applicants must have previous automotive sales experience, including finance and add-on product sales, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Previous Business Manager or Transaction Manager experience is preferred, although experienced senior automotive sales professionals will also be considered.

Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire

Salary: £35,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission

OTE: £70,000+

Company Car: Provided

Hours: 42.5 hours per week | Every Saturday and Sunday essential, with 2 days off during the week

Monday to Friday: Rota basis between 10:00am–9:00pm

Saturday: 10:00am–8:00pm

Sunday: 10:00am–6:00pm

Business Manager Role

- Second-face customers and support Sales Executives in closing vehicle sales

- Maximise finance penetration and additional product opportunities

- Present finance products professionally and in line with FCA regulations

- Structure deals, handle objections and negotiate effectively

- Coach Sales Executives to improve conversion rates and sales performance

- Monitor finance performance and support branch sales targets

- Maintain accurate records and ensure all sales activity meets compliance requirements

Business Manager Requirements

- Previous automotive sales experience, including finance and additional product sales

- Experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Sales Controller is preferred

- Experienced senior automotive sales professionals will also be considered

- Strong closing, negotiation and objection-handling skills

- Good understanding of FCA compliance and automotive finance

- Ability to coach Sales Executives and maximise sales opportunities

- Full UK Driving Licence and right to work in the UK

- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday, with 2 days off during the week
