Summary

We are recruiting an experienced Panel Beater to join our busy accident repair centre in Preston. This is an excellent Panel Beater opportunity to develop your career within a well-established bodyshop committed to high-quality repairs, professional development and outstanding customer service.

- 39-hour working week, Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 and Friday 08:30 to 16:00

Duties:

- As a Panel Beater, you will carry out high-quality accident repair work on a variety of makes and models.

- Repair and maintain vehicles in line with manufacturer guidelines and company standards.

- Diagnose repair requirements and identify any additional work needed.

- Liaise effectively with the parts and estimating teams.

- Complete quality control checks to ensure all repairs meet the required standards.

- Work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

- Communicate professionally with colleagues to support an efficient repair process.

- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately and within agreed timescales.

Requirements:

- Proven experience working as a Panel Beater within a busy bodyshop or accident repair environment.

- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.

- ATA qualification would be beneficial.

- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and bodyshop procedures.

- The successful Panel Beater will be confident identifying additional repair requirements.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Good communication skills and a professional approach.

- Experience working to manufacturer standards would be advantageous.
