Summary

Rippleacts is hiring an Employer, Neurodiversity & Inclusive Workplace Lead for WorkWell Norfolk. WorkWell is an NHS-commissioned programme that helps people with health issues stay in or return to work.

The role is based in Norwich with travel across Norfolk. The job holder will build relationships with local employers, train managers on health, neurodiversity and reasonable adjustments, and work with Work & Health Coaches to put reasonable adjustments in place. Ideally, we are looking for someone confident with employers, knowledgeable about neurodiversity and HR, and committed to inclusive workplaces. Lived experience is welcome.

This is a full-time role (37.5 hrs/week, flexible hours), fixed-term until 31st March 2029.

Salary: £35,000 p.a.

Start date: As soon as possible.

Essential requirements

Experience of building and sustaining employer relationships, ideally in an employment support, HR, occupational health or inclusion setting. Sound working knowledge of neurodivergent conditions, health and reasonable adjustments at work.
