If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Work Planner/ Scheduler within our Platform Property Care planning team that could be for you!  

In this key role you will be working as part of a highly motivated team planning a multi skill trades workforce to deliver planned and reactive property maintenance services for our customers. 

Our team of Work Planners are central to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring repairs and installations are completed right first time.

This is a Full-Time role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:30 - so no weekend working.

What could you be doing? 

Responsible for planning an operational multi skill trades workforce, maintaining contact with field teams, and liaising with customers, you will need to be highly organised, approachable, and a confident communicator. 

It is a busy role, juggling different priorities and you will need to remain calm under pressure, think on your feet and be able to work on your own initiative. But this won't phase you, as you will excel in organising the engineers and scheduling property maintenance and repairs. You will also have the support of a great team around you.  

Who we are looking for: 

-Strong IT skills, particularly Outlook and Word    

-Experience of working in a building maintenance or construction administration team as a work planner or scheduler, planning a trades workforce is essential. 

-Workforce (Engineers) planning and scheduling software experience (DRS is preferred)

Ideally you will be based in the West Midlands area (Solihull, Coventry or Birmingham). Local knowledge will definitely help you succeed in this role.Be Part of Something Bigger
