Essential requirements

This varied role offers the opportunity to work across Care Act assessments, support planning, reviews, safeguarding, risk management, and hospital discharge arrangements. You'll work collaboratively with individuals, carers, health colleagues, and community partners, using strengths-based practice to promote wellbeing, independence, and positive outcomes. Whether you're an experienced Social Worker or a Newly Qualified Social Worker, you'll benefit from regular supervision, ongoing professional development, and the support of a collaborative team that values learning, innovation, and high-quality practice. You'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, manage a diverse caseload, and contribute to shaping services that make a meaningful difference to Island residents.
