We are looking for a passionate and skilled professional to teach Plumbing to fulltime students and apprentices (up to Level 2)
You do not need a teaching qualification to work in Further Education, just a passion to educate tomorrow’s workforce. We will support the successful applicant to gain their teaching qualification whilst they work at no cost! **.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging theory and practical lessons in Plumbing
Prepare, plan, and deliver learning sessions that motivate and challenge learners of all abilities.
Provide practical demonstrations and hands on training to develop learners’ industry ready skills.
Assess student performance, track progress, and provide constructive feedback.
Support individual learning needs and help remove barriers to learning.
Create an inclusive learning environment that promotes success and independence.
Stay current with industry trends, developments, and best practice.
