Known for its collaborative culture, strong technical standards and client‑centric approach, the firm continues to grow its presence both regionally and nationally.

Your new role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a high‑performing team and work alongside experienced Partners who are well regarded in the employment law arena. You will gain exposure to a varied mix of contentious and non‑contentious work, providing advice on employment contracts, policies, corporate support matters, TUPE, workplace disputes, and employment litigation. You will handle employment issues related to mergers, acquisitions and outsourcing, support clients through the full spectrum of employment disputes, prepare Employment Tribunal cases, and take on advocacy where appropriate. The position also involves contributing to business development initiatives, supporting client relationship building, and mentoring junior team members as required. As you progress, you will take ownership of a growing caseload and lead on specific matters and projects.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you will bring solid experience gained within an established employment law team, together with strong client care skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships, ideally between 1-5 PQE. You should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, commercial awareness, and a proactive, organised approach to managing your workload. Confidence in handling contentious and advisory work is important, and an interest in supporting departmental growth and development will be valued.

What you'll get in return

You will join a forward‑thinking and supportive firm offering high‑quality work, strong progression opportunities and an inclusive working environment. Benefits include hybrid working arrangements, a competitive salary with a generous bonus structure, enhanced family leave, healthcare support, free parking, and a range of social and community initiatives.
