The Digital Marketing Executive Role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role within the Mobile Consultancy team, working alongside experienced consultants on a variety of app marketing and growth projects.
You'll gain exposure to different areas of mobile marketing, from market research and app performance analysis to customer engagement, retention and user experience.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is curious, analytical and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in the digital and mobile landscape.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Assisting with launch plans for new apps, including defining target markets and supporting pre-launch marketing activities
Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and insights
Supporting clients in setting KPIs and monitoring app performance using analytics tools
Analysing app data to identify actionable insights and opportunities to improve engagement and conversion
Supporting retention strategies, including push notifications, personalised messaging and loyalty initiatives
Assisting with CRM strategies designed to improve customer engagement and long-term value
Supporting monetisation initiatives, including in-app purchases, subscriptions and partnerships
Conducting UX audits and helping identify opportunities to improve app usability and customer experience
Reviewing customer feedback and user behaviour to identify areas for improvement
Working with product and wider client teams to gather user insights and inform recommendations
Creating reports and presentations to communicate app performance, findings and recommendations
Supporting wider digital and mobile marketing projects as required
Here's what you'll need:
Some experience in digital marketing, ideally including multi-channel campaigns
Experience or understanding of PPC and digital marketing campaigns
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical and critical-thinking skills, with an ability to make sense of data and turn it into useful insights
Comfortable working with Excel and presentations
A creative and empathetic approach to understanding customers and users
An interest in mobile apps, digital marketing and technology
A strong desire to learn, develop and take on new challenges
A collaborative and self-starting attitude
The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and remain composed when things get challenging
Most importantly, we're looking for the right attitude.
We're looking for someone who is curious, proactive and genuinely passionate about digital and technology. Someone who is willing to learn, takes ownership of their work and has the grit and resilience to keep going when things don't always go to plan.
You don't need to know everything from day one. If you're enthusiastic about the mobile and digital landscape, eager to develop your skills and ready to get stuck in, we'd love to hear from you.
