Summary
Job Title: Risk and Compliance Coordinator Rate of Pay: £23,000 per annumPosition Type: PermanentType of Employment: Full TimeHours: 40 hours per weekLocation: The Shard, Level 12, 32 London Bridge Street, Greater London, England SE1 9SG
Main duties / responsibilities - key tasks include:
- Mailbox management
- Compliance reporting
- Training coordination
- Risk Safe (Mitie's risk platform) management
- ISO support for 31000 and 22301
- Maintenance of trackers
- Physical security support activities
- Business resilience support activities
Duties of the post may vary from time to time
Person specification:
- High quality interpersonal skills, with excellent written and spoken communication skills both to individuals and groups
- Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative with the ability to make decisions
- Excellent administrative and coordination skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Attention to detail, a focus on standards, methodical and organised
- Proficient in MS office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Word and PowerPoint skills for formatting and producing reports
- Ability to work under pressure
