Summary

The Occasionall Group are looking for a festive group of people to join us for Christmas Lights at Leeds Castle!

Available Roles All roles are outdoors and involve standing for the duration of your shift.

🎟️ Front of House Assistant Be the first friendly face guests meet as they arrive!

Scan entry tickets for vehicles and people

Guide visitors safely from car parks to the entrance via set routes

Stay alert and proactive, flagging any issues to senior staff during the shift

🌲 Trail Steward Bring the festive spirit to life along the trail!

Act as the eyes and ears of the event, providing a warm welcome and clear directions

Offer assistance with queries and ensure everyone enjoys a safe visit

Keep a proactive approach and communicate any issues to your Supervisor promptly

🚗 Travel

Both sites are rural locations with limited or no public transport access.

You'll need to make your own way to and from site.

Essential requirements

💫 What We're Looking For We'll be prioritising applicants who: Have the most date availability across the event run Are available for at least 5 event dates (the more, the merrier!) Are available for at least 1 of the following: Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, or New Year's Eve Can be flexible across different roles as needed
