Claims Handler

Telford | £25,000–£26,000 | Monday to Friday, 8.45am–5.00pm

The role

As a Claims Handler, you will be a key point of contact for customers, supporting them throughout the claims process and providing a professional, friendly and efficient service from start to finish.

Working within an experienced and supportive team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing claims from initial notification through to resolution

• Building positive relationships with customers and relevant third parties

• Keeping customers informed throughout the claims journey

• Handling enquiries professionally and resolving queries efficiently

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

• Progressing claims in line with company procedures and compliance requirements

• Liaising with relevant parties to gather information and progress cases promptly

• Working closely with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience

• Have previous claims handling experience, or a strong customer service background with an interest in financial services
