Summary

Machine Setter Operator

Location: Telford

Salary: £35,115 per annum, rising to £45,000 once key competency levels are achieved

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off, 12-hour rotating shifts, days and nights including weekends

Working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll set, operate and optimise production machinery, ensuring output, quality and safety standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and operate production machinery safely and efficiently

• Complete machine changeovers and adjustments

• Monitor machine performance and resolve minor faults

• Ensure products meet required quality specifications

• Support continuous improvement activities

• Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Machine Setter, Machine Operator or similar

• Strong mechanical and practical aptitude

• Experience with automated production or manufacturing machinery

• Good troubleshooting skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Flexibility to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
