Summary

Senior Delivery Lead - Insurance / Healthcare, Partnerships, Mobilisation

Up to £850 per day (Inside IR35)

London / Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite)

6 - 9 months

My client is an instantly recognisable brand who urgently require a Senior Delivery Lead with a proven track record in the Insurance / Healthcare / Financial Services sector(s) and demonstrable experience working on Partnerships, 3rd Party relationships and Mobilisation, having worked in Product Operating Model environments.

Key requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Delivery Lead with a strong and recent track record in the Insurance / Healthcare / Financial Services sector(s)

Demonstrable experience of working on Mobilising commercial Partnerships with external 3rd Parties, with focus on commercial growth / revenue growth

Previous experience of working in a Product Operating Model environment

Business Change and operational process expertise

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to pull internal and external stakeholders together

Ability to scope out requirements and assimilate different project types at differing stages with ease

Track record of End-to-End complex Project Delivery experience

Highly proficient in risk, resource and cost / benefit management

Outstanding communication skills

Flexible approach towards hybrid working (including possible travel to other sites across the UK)

Immediate availability to start

Nice to have:

Demonstrable experience of eCommerce / Digital Projects within the Insurance / Healthcare / Financial Services sector(s)

Lean Six Sigma / Agile certification (or equivalent)
