Summary

Senior Business Analyst - Insurance / Healthcare, Partnerships, Process

Up to £600 per day (Inside IR35)

London / Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite)

6 - 9 months

My client is an instantly recognisable brand who urgently require a Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record in the Insurance / Healthcare / Financial Services sector(s) and demonstrable experience working on Partnerships, 3rd Party relationships and operational processes, having worked in Agile and Product Operating Model environments.

Key requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong and recent track record in the Insurance / Healthcare / Financial Services sector(s)

Demonstrable experience of working on Mobilising commercial Partnerships with external 3rd Parties, with focus on commercial growth / revenue growth

Previous experience of working in Agile and Product Operating Model environments

Change delivery and operational process (LEAN, Agile etc) expertise

Ability to use a range of business modelling and solution design approaches to create clarity and simplified views of complex business and commercial realities

Track record of End-to-End Project Delivery experience

Proven experience of working closely with key Technology and Business stakeholders including Product Owners, Solutions Architects and Development Managers (internal and external 3rd Party)

Outstanding communication skills and style

Flexible approach towards hybrid working (including possible travel to other sites across the UK)

Immediate availability to start

Nice to have:

Previous experience of working on eCommerce / Digital Projects within the Insurance / Healthcare / Financial Services sector(s)

Lean Six Sigma / Agile certification (or equivalent)
