The Opportunity

• A fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Agent to join an established leisure services provider.

• Part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to secure permanent employment.

• Ideal for someone with excellent customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy, customer-facing environment.

Working Hours

• Rotating 4-week shift pattern, averaging 20 hours per week.

• Typically 4 days per week, with one 5-day working week.

• Mixture of morning, afternoon and early evening shifts.

• Earliest start 8am, latest finish 7pm.

• Weekend working required approximately 1 in 4 weeks.

• 30-minute unpaid break per shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and digital channels.

• Managing memberships, subscriptions and cancellations.

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries.

• Promoting memberships, services and current offers.

• Updating customer records and completing administration.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous customer service, reception or sales experience.

• Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills.

• Good IT skills and attention to detail.

• Friendly, organised and professional approach.

• Flexibility to work the full rotating shift pattern.

• Right to work in the UK.
