Summary
Job Purpose:
To drive agency revenue and client satisfaction by identifying talent needs, generating new business leads, headhunting qualified professionals, and matching candidates to permanent, contract, or temporary roles.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Pitch recruitment services to new corporate clients via cold calling, networking, and meetings.
• Client Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their current and future hiring needs.
• Candidate Sourcing: Advertise vacancies on job boards, search candidate databases, and headhunt passive talent.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial telephone or face-to-face interviews, assess suitability, and check references.
• Placement & Negotiation: Present shortlists to clients, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and negotiate salary packages or agency fees.
• Target Achievement: Work toward and exceed monthly or quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets.
