Summary
We are seeking a driven, organised, and relationship-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our growing business. This role offers the opportunity to create and take ownership of a specialist desk, work directly with an experienced leader, and contribute to the expansion of our presence within the financial services market. What You’ll Do:
Manage the full recruitment and sales cycle within your chosen niche.
Build and develop your own client portfolio through outreach, calls, emails, networking, and market research.
Create target lists, identify hiring needs, and win new business with decision-makers.
Develop expertise in your market and build a strong online presence.
Sourcing high-calibre candidates using headhunting, research tools, job boards, and networks.
Manage the full interview and placement process across multiple stages.
Negotiate offers and support candidates through the acceptance process.
Maintain CRM accuracy and create pitch decks, salary insights, and market intelligence when required.
