Summary
We are looking for a positive, proactive and organised Onsite Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a temporary, ongoing basis.
Working alongside our Account Manager at a busy distribution warehouse in Newark, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day recruitment and administration functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both temporary workers and the client.
Key Responsibilities
• Booking candidates in for inductions.
• Arranging and coordinating interviews.
• Providing general administrative support.
• Liaising with temporary workers and responding to their queries.
• Supporting the Account Manager with daily onsite duties.
• Helping to ensure the smooth running of recruitment operations at the client site.
About You
• A positive, proactive and can-do attitude.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Flexible and adaptable to the demands of a busy warehouse environment.
• Previous recruitment, administration or coordination experience would be advantageous.

Must be available to start immediately.
•
Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to transport due to the client's location.
What We Offer
• Monday to Friday working hours, 9:00am–5:00pm.
• An hourly rate negotiable depending on experience.
