Summary
As one of Assistant Managers, you will be responsible for leading and working along side the store manager. You will inspire and develop a high-performing team, deliver exceptional commercial results, and create best-in-class customer experiences that bring our brand, expertise, and innovation to life.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a highly engaged, customer-focused team.
Deliver company expectations on sales, KPI's and Drivers.
Drive luxury fragrance consultations and clienteling excellence.
Create memorable, personalised customer experiences.
Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and operational standards.
Recruit, coach, and develop future leaders.
Use insight and performance data to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Act as an ambassador for The Fragrance Shop brand and flagship proposition
