Summary

Multi Skilled Engineer

Woking, Surrey GU21

£25.87 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

6 weeks initially

Start ASAP

Full-time hours (Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm) on a temporary basis

- Key Responsibilities

- Carry out plumbing maintenance, repairs, fault finding, and installations.

- Diagnose and resolve plumbing and mechanical faults efficiently.

- Minor Electrical Works: Fault-finding lighting and small power systems, replacing electrical accessories

- Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance activities.

- Repair and replace taps and sanitaryware.

- Complete work in accordance with relevant legislation, health and safety requirements, and company procedures.

- Maintain accurate records of work completed using handheld devices or maintenance management systems.

- Liaise professionally with clients, contractors, and building occupants.

- Identify opportunities for improving building performance and reducing maintenance costs.

- Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are used safely and effectively.
