We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer / Fabric Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.
Role Responsibilities
-Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and patch repairs.
-Carry out minor mechanical and electrical repairs, as well as planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
-Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
-Complete building fabric tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling works, and gutter clearance.
-Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and maintain all tools and equipment in good condition.
Required QualificationsApplicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:
-Previous experience within facilities management, maintenance, or building services environments.
-Trade background or demonstrable experience working in a similar maintenance role.
-Basic electrical and/or plumbing knowledge with the ability to undertake a range of maintenance tasks.
-Manual handling certification and the ability to work at heights and within confined spaces where required.
-Strong communication skills and IT literacy, with the ability to accurately record tasks and provide status updates.
