About The Role

The Heating Compliance Manager will lead a team of managers, compliance officers, in-house heating engineers and sub-contractors delivering our domestic and commercial heating servicing programme and repairs.

As well as ensuring that all statutory heating compliance requirements across the organisation are met and consistent with legislation, health & safety and best practice.

You will also undertake the duties of the Responsible Person for Gas Safe and ensure all mandatory company registrations and operatives accreditations requirements are maintained in relation to heating work.

This role is subject to the requirements of the Conduct and Competency Standard and requires an appropriate professional qualification, or a willingness to work towards one.

Existing qualifications will be assessed to ensure they meet the required level and cover the knowledge areas relevant to the role.

Where an existing qualification doesn’t fully meet the required standard, the successful candidate will be required to complete either top-up modules or a full qualification, as appropriate, to meet the qualification requirements of the role.

Training and support would be provided following successful completion of probation and Karbon Homes may fund the qualification or top-up training. Where funding is provided, repayment may be required if you choose to leave Karbon during the qualification or within two years of completion
