We’re looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join us as a
Scheme Coordinator in the Supported Housing Team.
At Karbon, we want to create desirable places where people can live well, feel safe and supported without isolation. Our Scheme Coordinators are a key front facing team providing advice, support and assistance to enable our customers to live well independently.
About The Role
You’ll be responsible for supporting customers and carrying out health & safety activities in the designated scheme. This will include completion of building inspections, reporting repairs, and liaising with contractors.
There will be a requirement to work closely with numerous stakeholders ensuring a seamless service is provided to our customers. You’ll build relationships to demonstrate strong partnership working with social workers, care managers and voluntary agencies to make sure our schemes are safe and a great place to live
About You
You’ll be an excellent communicator with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload effectively.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.

Salary is £26,916 per annum
Location: Northfields and Southfields House, Heaton
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
