Summary
WoofWalk is a UK app that lets dog owners book and pay local walkers. In the past week an Andover owner asked locally for a walker and we had nobody within ten kilometres to suggest. We want up to three self-employed walkers around the town: Charlton, Picket Twenty, Augusta Park and the Anton Lakes side, with Rooksbury Mill and Harewood Forest on the doorstep.
Be clear about what this is: self-employed work with no wage and no guaranteed bookings. You run a small walking business of your own inside the app, pricing and scheduling it yourself. Owners book and pay in the app and the money lands in your bank account.
Prices are yours to set. Across roughly 200 WoofWalk listings in October 2026, an hour's solo walk went from £12 to £28, most often around £18. Those are other walkers' rates, not pay from us.
Costs: nothing to join, and no commission at all for your first 14 days. After that WoofWalk keeps 15% of each booking, dropping to 10% once five clients of your own have joined. Anyone you bring along yourself pays the 10% rate from their very first walk. Tax, National Insurance and insurance are yours to sort.
Send us your patch, days and price and we will draft a profile for you to approve. If you already walk dogs, bring your clients and keep bookings, payments and GPS-tracked walks in one place.
Over 18, fine with rain, and willing to meet every owner and dog before the first walk. Apply through Find a Job and say which side of Andover you cover.
