Summary
As a Customer Consultant on the building society side of our agency, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience, whether you’re welcoming our customers in the Agency or providing information on products and services, you’ll always deliver an outstanding customer experience every step of the way making sure that what we do is always in our customer’s best interests.
The candidate will develop a knowledge of the products and services and how to open and administer accounts, transactions and changes. The ideal candidate will have experience in the building society industry and working within a close-knit team. We are looking for a team player, who is adaptable with a positive outlook.
The role entails working Monday to Friday, 2:15pm- 5:15pm.
You will also be expected to provide holiday cover & overtime where required.
Employment provides 20 holidays a year, plus English bank holidays.
Responsibilities:
A proven track record in delivering a fantastic Customer experience.
Previous experience of working in customer-facing sales environment.
Experience of building strong relationships with your customers.
Financial Services Industry knowledge (desirable, though training will be provided).
Good administration & PC skills.
Excellent team working skills.
Fantastic communication skills both written and verbal.
The ability to work with limited supervision.
Excellent attention to detail.
