About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group Marketing Officer to join our Marketing team reporting to our Group Marketing Manager. This role will be based at Redcar and Cleveland College with work across other Group sites. You will work closely with our Adult Recruitment team and alongside our inhouse Graphics and PR & Communications teams.

As a Group Marketing Officer with Etc. you will be responsible for the development and delivery of marketing activity that promotes our adult education offer, including part-time courses and higher education provision. You will create effective and impactful marketing campaigns through community engagement, events, local partnerships, digital and social media activity, while supporting the growth of our brand and reputation. The role will also involve monitoring campaign performance, gathering market intelligence and identifying opportunities to increase awareness, enquiries and enrolments across our adult and higher education portfolio.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is organised, has the ability to work to high levels and has accuracy and attention to detail. Someone who is able to work independently but also as part of the wider marketing & recruitment team and will be willing to learn and develop.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative professional with a degree in a relevant discipline and an interest in the education sector. You will bring experience in planning and delivering successful marketing and communications activity, along with excellent creative and organisational skills. A marketing qualification would be beneficial but is not essential, as we are committed to supporting continuous learning and development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, forward-thinking team where you can develop your skills and make a real impact.
