Summary

**Full-Time Sales & Customer Service Assistant – SimplyPrint (EC1 / E16)**

**Salary:** £23,000–£27,000 per year, depending on experience

**Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm (40 hours per week, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break)

**Location:** London EC1 / E16

SimplyPrint is an established, award-winning printing company looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our friendly and growing team.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining sales, customer service and print production. Full training will be provided, so previous printing experience is not essential.

**Main responsibilities:**

- Responding to customer enquiries by email, telephone and in person

- Providing excellent customer service and assisting with sales

- Helping with printing, finishing and production work

- Supporting the daily running of the business

- Assisting with simple exhibition installations (training provided)

- Managing your workload accurately and efficiently
