LOFT & WALL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – SELF-EMPLOYED

Working days: Monday to Friday
Position: Self-employed
Pay: Commission only
We are a small, friendly company looking for a confident and motivated Loft & Wall Sales Representative to join our growing team.
Previous sales experience is essential, but full training will be provided on our products, measuring and testing procedures.
The role involves visiting customers at their homes, carrying out loft and wall assessments, taking measurements and using specialist equipment to test for damp and moisture.
We supply the appointments, so there is no cold calling or door knocking required.
THE ROLE:
• 3 pre-booked appointments per day
• Monday to Friday
• All appointments supplied by the company
• Visit customers at their homes
• Measure loft spaces
• Inspect lofts and walls
• Use equipment to test for damp and moisture
• Record findings accurately
• Discuss findings and suitable solutions with customers
• Provide quotations
• Close sales and secure new business
• Complete the required paperwork
• Work independently while being part of a small, friendly team
TRAINING & EQUIPMENT:
• Full training provided
• No previous experience in damp or loft surveying required
• All testing equipment supplied
• All paperwork supplied
• Support provided by the company
SKILLS NEEDED:
• Previous sales experience
• Confident and friendly manner
• Excellent communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Confident speaking to customers face-to-face
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable using testing equipment
• Able to take accurate measurements
• Ability to identify customer needs
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Reliable and well organised
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Able to work independently
• Full UK driving licence
