They are open to applications from both fully qualified/experienced welders as well as less experienced candidates with some welding or fabrication experience who are keen to develop their skills and progress within the company. The role will involve working on a variety of engineering projects, including fabrication, sub-assembly and welding work, with the opportunity to work on larger projects . The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of MIG welding and fabrication, be able to work from engineering drawings and have experience working with different materials. Following health and safety procedures at all times

Working as part of a small team to meet production deadlines and maintain high standards

What we're looking for:

Either experienced Welder / Fabricator:

Experience with good MIG welding and fabrication experience. Able to work independently from engineering drawings and produce a high-quality finished product.

Newly qualified Welder / Fabricator:

Someone with some MIG welding, fabrication, engineering or workshop experience who is keen to learn and develop their skills.

Benefits

£16.00 per hour for a fully qualified/experienced Welder/Fabricator

£13.00–£14.00 per hour for a less experienced/newly qualified candidate, depending on skills and experience

Working 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Friday.

If you have some MIG welding or fabrication experience and are looking for a permanent position where you can develop your skills and become part of a small, supportive engineering team, we'd be keen to hear from you.
