Summary
Salary:£51,751 - £55,890 per annum Department:Primary Care - GP Practices Location:There are 4 Group Practice Manager roles available. Each role is responsible for overseeing practices in various locations as follows: Group 1 (Litherland, Seaforth and Netherton) Group 2 (Great Crosby and Thornton, Hightown) Group 3 (North Park, Maghull) Group 4 (Garston, Netherley) Shifts:This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (7.5 hours per day). What do I need? Degree level qualification or equivalent management experience in primary care, healthcare management, business management, or a related field. Significant management experience within General Practice, Primary Care, NHS, or healthcare settings. Knowledge and understanding of NHS primary care systems, processes, structures and contractual requirements. Knowledge of CQC regulations and regulatory requirements. Experience of managing staff or a service including one-to-one's, appraisals and performance management. Experience of leading multidisciplinary teams.
