Summary

Put Your Level 2 Childcare Qualification to Work on Your Own Schedule 🌼💛

Did you recently complete your Level 2 in Early Years or Childcare and want a friendly place to find your rhythm? Or maybe you hold a Level 2 certificate, took time away for family, and are ready to ease back onto the floor without the pressure of permanent rota lock-ins?

At Nexter Recruitment, we partner with welcoming nursery teams across East Leeds (LS9) and neighboring communities who value dependable, hands-on support.

This isn't about being handed an overwhelming folder of paperwork on your first morning. It’s an approachable, stress-free way to build confidence, gain diverse room experience, and earn dependable weekly money doing what you enjoy.

What Makes This a Great Fit for Level 2 Educators:

Reliable Weekly Earnings: Take home £13.00 per hour (for Level 2 qualified staff holding a 12-hour Paediatric First Aid certificate), deposited straight into your bank account every Friday.

A Rota That Works Around You: Choose your working days week by week. Work around nursery drop-offs, college modules, or simply work 2 to 3 days to suit your household routine.

Focus on the Children, Not the Bureaucracy: Spend your shifts reading stories, facilitating sensory activities, and guiding messy play. You won't have to write observations, update tracking portals, or take work home after hours.

Great Stepping Stone: Gain real-world room experience across baby, toddler, and pre-school rooms at your own pace—ideal if you ever plan to study for your Level 3 down the line.

Placements Close to Your Front Door: We keep your bookings local to LS9, Richmond Hill, Burmantofts, Cross Gates, and Halton so you spend less time travelling and more time earning.
