Summary

Personal Assistant – Banbury (Oxfordshire)

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join an established team who supports a young woman with complex healthcare needs in her own home in the Banbury area of Oxfordshire.

Our client requires 24/7 support at home and when out and about. You will provide personalised care, support her daily activities, routines and on day trips in the community and surrounding areas.

Duties include personal care, including support with double incontinence, physiotherapy, medication support, maintaining a clean and safe environment, laundry and occasional ironing.

This role would suit someone with a caring nature, a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to stay alert and attentive to our client’s needs. Previous care experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.

Our client has her own adapted vehicle. The ability to drive is an advantage but is not essential.

Essential Requirements:

● A caring approach and a positive, can-do attitude.

● The ability to provide attentive support with all daily activities.

● Availability for day, night and weekend shifts, with flexibility to cover other Personal Assistants’ annual leave when notice is given.

Working Hours:

Day and night shifts, including weekend work. Flexibility is required to cover other Personal Assistants’ annual leave with notice. Weekly contracted hours are full time and part time

Pay Rates:

● £15.26 per hour – Day Care

● £12.71 per hour – Sleeping Night.

● £19.84 per hour – Weekend Care.
