Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive dealer group for the position of Senior Service Advisor at their prominent site in Croydon. - Competitive basic salary of £36,000 per annum

- Uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE of £46,000, including potential bonuses of up to £900 per month

- Monday to Friday working hours, 8am to 6pm, with optional paid overtime on Saturdays at time and a half

Duties:

- Providing exceptional customer service as a Senior Service Advisor

- Leading and motivating the Service Advisor team to achieve targets

- Managing service and warranty sales, including upselling service plans and labour warranties

- Ensuring accurate and efficient management of paperless job cards, primarily using Kerridge

- Supporting the workshop with additional sales and upsell opportunities as the Senior Service Advisor

- Managing customer expectations to ensure a first-class experience

- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and meeting performance targets

- Achieving and exceeding service and warranty sales goals

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the motor trade

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team as the Senior Service Advisor

- Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (DMS), ideally Rev8 Kerridge

- Customer-focused attitude with a drive to meet sales targets

- Excellent time-management and organisational skills
