Summary

Service Advisor – Epsom

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor, Service Receptionist or Service Team Advisor to join a busy dealership in Epsom. Applicants must have previous automotive Service Advisor or aftersales experience, Kerridge DMS knowledge, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.

Job Details:

Location: Epsom

Salary: £32,028.84 basic + bonus

OTE: £38,028.84

Hours: 45.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8:00am–6:00pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. One 6:30pm finish per week with an early finish in return

Saturdays: 8:00am–1:00pm on a rota, paid as overtime

Service Advisor Role

- Welcome customers and confirm their vehicle servicing and repair requirements

- Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

- Provide repair estimates and relevant technical and commercial information

- Liaise with the workshop to maintain workflow, profitability and customer satisfaction

- Raise repair orders and ensure work is completed to schedule

- Produce accurate invoices and coordinate subcontracted repairs

- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records using Kerridge DMS

- Support warranty administration and retain relevant documentation when required

Service Advisor Requirements

- Previous automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or similar experience – essential

- Previous experience using Kerridge DMS – essential

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Excellent organisation and attention to detail

- Confident handling estimates, repair orders and invoicing

- Maths GCSE grade 5 (C) or above

- Professional presentation and approach

- Full UK Driving Licence – essential

- Right to work in the UK
