Summary
Data Administrator
- Location: Folkestone (assumed onsite)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 37 hours/week
- Type: Temporary
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate (TBC)
We're recruiting a Temporary Data Administrator to support with essential data entry and reporting while an IT solution is being implemented. If you're highly accurate, Excel-savvy and enjoy structured, process-driven work, this could be a great short-term assignment.
What you'll be doing
- Run a daily DSR report to identify open orders
- Update the Demand Planning system (JDA) by overwriting forecasts with order volumes by customer and product (covering the next 1-2 months)
- Track changes day-to-day and maintain clear, organised reporting
- Support with additional admin tasks as capacity allows, including:
- Data validity checks within the system
- SKU code changeovers/updates
What we're looking for (essential)
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook/Teams/SharePoint etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to repetitive tasks
- Confident using systems and following defined processes
- Strong organisation skills and ability to meet daily deadlines
Desirable (but not required)
- Previous data entry/admin experience in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to ERP/data tools or similar systems
