I need a
Service Manager to lead a team of 25 people, in a friendly residential home. Located just
10 minutes from the beach, this is a fantastic opportunity for a leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
You'll be supported by an amazing forward looking organisation, who are investing in the Bournemouth teams. I found the leadership team inspirational (and dead funny), the key message is they want develop people not just within their current role but their future ones.

About You
- Experience managing or leading within adult social care.
- Knowledge of learning disabilities, autism or complex needs.
- Strong people management and coaching skills.
- Passionate about developing others and improving services.
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (desirable)
