We are currently recruiting for a
Support Worker in
Bournemouth to support individuals with their daily living needs, promote independence, and enhance wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and day-to-day support
- Administering medication
- Supporting appointments and social activities
- Promoting independence and positive outcomes
- Driving the home's minibus as required
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Previous care experience preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and person-centred approach
- Strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work day shifts and occasional nights
Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour (negotiable depending on experience and qualifications).
