Summary
SOEC is recruiting qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our developing nursery cover team across Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.
We aim to provide nurseries with a reliable network of experienced professionals who deliver high-quality care, support existing teams and maintain excellent standards of early years education.
Practitioners will provide flexible cover across a variety of nursery settings, supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing in line with the EYFS.
We offer £20 per hour, paid 30-minute breaks on shifts exceeding six hours, flexible zero-hours employment and opportunities for professional development.
We are currently recruiting our founding team ahead of commencing nursery cover services. Hours will depend on client bookings and are not guaranteed.
