Job Description
Concept Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber Maintenance Technician to work at a large commercial and industrial distribution facility in Hull.
This is a full-time temporary position, working 45 hours per week until 31st January 2027.
The successful candidate will be based permanently on-site, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and general building maintenance, with a particular focus on plumbing and water systems.
Applicants must have a plumbing maintenance background and hold a Level 2 Legionella Awareness qualification.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and water systems.
Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults, leaks and blockages.
Maintaining hot and cold water distribution systems.
Inspecting and maintaining taps, toilets, sinks, pipework and sanitary fittings.
Supporting water hygiene and Legionella control procedures.
Carrying out water temperature monitoring and flushing activities where required.
Responding to reactive maintenance requests and breakdowns.
Completing minor building fabric repairs and general maintenance tasks.
Supporting the wider site maintenance team when required.
Completing maintenance records, service reports and compliance documentation.
Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Maintaining high standards of workmanship throughout the facility.
