Summary

Are you a confident Flexi FLT Driver looking for a new opportunity with regular evening shifts and the chance to secure a permanent position? We’re currently recruiting experienced forklift operators to join a warehouse team in Witham St Hughes.

This role offers a consistent Monday-to-Friday schedule, competitive pay and the benefit of having your weekends free. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in working safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.

You’ll operate a Flexi forklift to transport and position stock throughout the warehouse, helping ensure goods are stored correctly and the operation runs smoothly. You’ll also assist with loading and unloading deliveries, handling stock carefully and supporting the movement of materials around the site.

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment will be an important part of the role. You’ll need to follow site procedures, carry out your duties responsibly and work closely with colleagues to keep daily operations running efficiently.

You must hold a valid Flexi FLT licence and have previous experience operating a Flexi forklift in a warehouse environment. Good attention to detail, safe working practices and a responsible approach to handling stock and equipment are essential.

You’ll also need to be reliable, punctual and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Due to the site’s location, your own transport is essential for travelling to and from work.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering the potential to secure a permanent position with the company for the right candidate.

The working hours are 15:00 to 23:00, Monday to Friday. This regular evening shift provides a consistent working pattern, with no standard weekend work.

The role pays £14.00 per hour, with the opportunity to accrue up to 28 days of annual leave per year. You’ll also benefit from regular weekday shifts, weekends off and the possibility of progressing into permanent employment.

If you have the required Flexi FLT experience and are looking for your next opportunity, apply today.

Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
