Summary

Looking for a forklift driving role with regular hours and your weekends free? We’re recruiting experienced Flexi FLT Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Witham St Hughes. With a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to secure a permanent position, this is a great option for someone looking for their next long-term role.

You’ll play an important part in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by using a Flexi forklift to move and store stock safely. Your responsibilities will include transporting goods around the warehouse, assisting with loading and unloading, and ensuring materials are handled correctly.

You’ll also help maintain a clean and organised working environment, follow site Health and Safety procedures and work closely with colleagues to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You must hold a valid Flexi FLT licence and have previous experience operating a Flexi forklift in a working environment. Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to Health and Safety are essential.

We’re looking for someone reliable and punctual who can work effectively as part of a team. Due to the site location, your own transport is essential to ensure you can travel to and from work reliably.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, giving you the chance to secure a permanent position with the company if you’re successful in the role.

You’ll work Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 23:00, giving you consistent afternoon and evening shifts with weekends off.

The role pays £14.00 per hour, with up to 28 days’ holiday accrued per year. You’ll also benefit from a regular Monday-to-Friday schedule, weekends off and the opportunity to move into permanent employment.

If you have the required Flexi FLT experience and are looking for a role with long-term potential, apply today!

Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
