Summary

Are you an experienced Flexi FLT Driver looking for a role with steady hours and the potential for permanent employment? We’re looking for skilled and dependable drivers to join a warehouse team in Witham St Hughes, offering regular weekday shifts and a competitive hourly rate.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a warehouse environment and wants a consistent working pattern without giving up their weekends.

You’ll be responsible for operating a Flexi forklift to help move stock safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. Your work will support the day-to-day movement of goods, ensuring materials are stored correctly and operations continue without unnecessary delays.

Alongside forklift driving, you’ll assist with loading and unloading deliveries, handle stock carefully and help keep the warehouse clean, tidy and safe. You’ll also need to follow site procedures and work cooperatively with other team members.

A valid Flexi FLT licence and previous experience operating a Flexi forklift are essential for this position. You’ll also need to demonstrate good attention to detail, safe working practices and a responsible attitude towards handling stock and equipment.

Reliability and punctuality are important, as is the ability to work effectively with colleagues. Due to the location of the site, you must have your own transport to travel to and from work.

This is a temporary-to-permanent role, giving you the opportunity to move into a permanent position with the company.

The position runs from 15:00 to 23:00, Monday to Friday. You’ll have a regular weekday schedule, with weekends free.

You’ll receive £14.00 per hour and accrue up to 28 days’ holiday per year. The role also offers consistent Monday-to-Friday hours, weekends off and the chance to secure permanent employment.

If you have the right experience and want to take the next step in your forklift driving career, apply today.
