Purpose of the Job - Call Handler
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Log calls accurately on internal systems, ensuring all customer details and requests are recorded correctly.
- Assess customer needs and direct enquiries to the appropriate team or service where required.
- Update systems with call outcomes, actions taken and any follow-up requirements.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining clear communication and resolving enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
- Monitor and manage call volumes to ensure service levels and response targets are met.
