Summary
We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Plumber to join our Repairs Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy housing environment, delivering high-quality plumbing repairs, maintenance, and planned improvement works that make a real difference to our customers' homes.
Working under the direction of the Repairs Manager, you'll carry out a range of plumbing duties including responsive repairs, void property works, kitchen and bathroom installations, and wet room adaptations.
What You'll Be Doing
Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance work in customers' homes.
Completing planned kitchen, bathroom and wet room installations.
Undertaking associated multi-skilled work such as basic tiling and carpentry.
Responding to repair requests and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
Recording completed work accurately and maintaining relevant documentation.
Obtaining materials in line with company procedures.
Working from specifications, plans and schedules.
Participating in the standby/on-call rota as required.
