Summary

Support the development and implementation of the practice's strategic plans and objectives. Lead on business development opportunities and service improvement initiatives. Monitor and improve operational performance across the practice. Analyse performance, financial, and workforce data to inform decision-making and drive improvement. Support the development of systems and processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness. Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive workplace culture. Lead and motivate teams to achieve organisational objectives. Support staff engagement, wellbeing, retention, and workforce development. Work collaboratively with managers to address operational challenges and identify opportunities for improvement. Oversee projects aimed at enhancing patient experience and satisfaction. Monitor patient feedback and complaints, ensuring learning is embedded and improvements are implemented. Support the practice in identifying opportunities for innovation and service development. Promote effective use of digital technology and modern ways of working. Produce reports and business cases for the leadership team as required. Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
