Summary

The post will consist of a 10PA job plan in obstetrics which will also contain Obstetric on call duties. On call frequency will be 1:12 weekends and 4 in 12 24 hour on call obstetric shifts where there is a 12 hour resident quote and a 12 hour non resident quota. The job plan will include activities such as antenatal clinic, specialist antenatal clinics such as diabetes, elective caesarean operating lists, and ECV lists. The activities within the job plan are flexible depending on the applicants skill set. This job plan is intended to be worked flexibly over a seven-day working week. It is anticipated that patient related administration would be performed within the confines of the DCC PAs. Any draft timetable is intended to show the Trust's expectation of the post and the facilities to be provided.
