Summary
HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic
Location: Cardiff
Hours:
Week One: Monday to Thursday 7.00pm - 6.30am
Week Two: Wednesday to Friday 7.00pm - 6.30am
Starting Salary: Up to £50,000 rising after probation + OT

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced
HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter to join a busy commercial workshop in Exeter. This role offers a stable 4 on 4 off shift pattern, strong hourly pay and the chance to work on a modern HGV fleet in a clean, well equipped environment. As an
HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter, you'll carry out high quality servicing, diagnostics and repairs to DVSA and manufacturer standards.
The requirements for the HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter role:
• Service, maintain and repair HGVs & trailers
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
• Complete inspections, PMIs and service sheets
• Maintain accurate repair documentation
• Uphold workshop safety and cleanliness
Experience and Qualifications needed for HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter:
• Experience as an
HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter
• Level 3 Heavy Vehicle Maintenance qualification
• Strong diagnostics and fault finding skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
