The school is dedicated to promoting the Welsh language and supporting pupils in achieving their full potential, whilst encouraging positive behaviour, engagement and academic development.
The school is looking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor on a long-term temporary basis with an immediate start. The successful Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supervising classes across a range of subjects, delivering pre-prepared lesson activities, managing classroom behaviour and ensuring pupils remain engaged with their learning through the medium of Welsh.
The successful Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor will have:

Fluency in spoken and written Welsh, with the ability to confidently communicate and support pupils through the medium of Welsh
•
Previous experience working with young people in a secondary school or educational setting
•
Experience supervising groups of pupils or managing classroom behaviour
•
Strong classroom management and organisational skills
•
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively alongside teaching and support staff
•
A confident, adaptable and enthusiastic approach with a genuine passion for supporting young people's education
