-Deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across residential and communal properties.
-Carry out multi-skilled repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, decorating, and grounds maintenance tasks.
-Identify and report defects, safety concerns, and opportunities for remedial works.
-Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures and company standards.
-Maintain accurate job records, service reports, and vehicle checks.
-Provide a professional, reliable service while working independently across multiple sites.
