Summary

We are actively recruiting on behalf of our client for a Senior Service Advisor to join their well-established dealership in Blackpool. This Senior Service Advisor role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced automotive professional to enhance their career within a reputable organisation. The Senior Service Advisor will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the operational efficiency of the service department.

Duties of a Senior Service Advisor:

- Efficiently booking MOTs, services, and repairs in line with showroom capacity

- Advising customers on warranty coverage and upselling parts and accessories

- Coordinating with the Aftersales team to organise and schedule appointments based on workload demands

- Handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions

- Keeping customers informed about vehicle progress and turnaround times

- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems with all bookings and interactions

- Providing a high standard of customer care throughout the service process

Requirements of a Senior Service Advisor:

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry

- Excellent communication skills, particularly in building rapport and explaining technical information clearly

- Familiarity with Kerridge, ADP, or other dealer management systems is advantageous

- Strong organisational ability and capacity to work independently or within a team

- Passion for cars and delivering a first-class customer experience
